My experience in this hotel was really fantastic. The food and excursions were outstanding I also really made good friends here and I would highly recommend. Thank you Elif you were very good guest relation and staff very nice

Location for hotel was good. The hotel was clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding replaced daily. The Atmosphere of the hotel and the entertainment was typical all inclusive hotel. Music did play till around 11.30 every night. Food was mediocre for an all inclusive. After a 14 day holiday we were getting fed up of the same ol! My 2 gripes with this hotel were 1. There wasn't free WiFi around the hotel. You could get free wifi if you sat in the lobby. With the cost of this holiday I was very disappointed with this. We did have an esim which was very hit and miss with signal. 2. Soft drinks had to be got at the bars and wasn't self service.. which meant that the queue for drink were a problem daily. And most of the time there was only 1 member of staff on at a time. We did mention it to the hotel management and 2 members where put on for a few days! Recommendation.. have soft drink self service. Down at the snack bar and in the restaurant. We went 2-16 June 2026 and that was a perfect time to go. Hotel was starting to get mega busy in the days leading up to us leaving x
