We enjoyed our holiday at the Diagoras hotel in October. Our room was spacious with a balcony and it was kept very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The food was good with some variety, though the hot food could have been warmer. The staff were very helpful and friendly on the whole. The hotel has a good location, a short walk from the main bus routes, and the shuttle bus to Faliraki and the beach is excellent with a lovely driver. Only a few things could have been improved. There was hardly ever any hot water for our whole stay, the internet connection was very poor and the male evening receptionist was surly and unhelpful, only interested in playing on his mobile phone. Otherwise, a very good hotel and great value for money.

I stayed in the annex. The room was comfortable and clean, maybe just a little outdated. Staff absolutely helpful and friendly from reception to cleaning, bar and wait staff. I arrived at the hotel at about 5:00 am and check-in not until 14:00. The staff went out of their way to find us a room so we could check-in early. Food was probably the only issue. Not much choice.

AVOID like the plague, this room was descuting, the sheets had marks on the towels had marks on them, there was lose wirining behind the bed wires sticking out of the wall covered by the pillow, the flooring had marks on them. The food was descusting barely warm enough to eat i got ill from there version of spag bowl, the glasses were filthy. The sunbeds were broken. The coustomer service was shocking two females could not crack a smile acted like they couldt understand english the rooms did not match the description of the hotel. There is no mini mart like described. There was at least 5 people complaing about the same things as i was DO NOT BOOK YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED, they then refused to hell us change hotel, our door would not lock cracks in tiles desciting walls etc how this is 3 star i do not know it should not even be alloweded to be a hotel .
