Just returned from our stay at this Hotel. We booked a superior room which meant we had a balcony. The room was fairly spacious & very clean. Fresh towels /beds made every day. Staff were all very friendly and Kira on Reception was very helpful. We had half board & found the breakfasts & evening meals good with variety each day. We did find it a bit noisy at night as our room overlooked a busy street but as the Hotel is in the centre of the Old Town this should be expected. A trip to the roof top bar is a must with fab views! Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful on reception and went out of their way to help me store my medication, very clean hotel. Had a lovely Seaview room with sunbeds on our balcony, sun all day and towels changed daily. Great location , loved it!

Stayed for the first time this month but will be booking again for my next trip to Benidorm. Perfect location, central old town next to numerous lovely bars and restaurants and one street away from the beach. It was perfect, super clean, great check in and out with friendly staff. Gorgeous rooftop terrace and great on street var/ restaurant to people watch and just chill. I loved it.

Just got home from three nights at Alameda. We booked a cheap last minute holiday and really weren’t expecting much. We were greeted by Kaye and she was fabulous. Really helpful and full of information. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus as we’d been on the go since 3am. The room was clean and comfortable with a really powerful shower. Although basic it had everything we needed except for a kettle but you could get one with a small deposit from reception. It’s very centrally located and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus as there are no toilets on the beach. We were given a late check out with no problems. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
