Our stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw was overall very enjoyable — the hotel has a great location, beautiful views, and comfortable facilities. The delicious and varied breakfast was also a real highlight of our stay. However, I was slightly disappointed with one aspect of our experience. This stay coincided with my father’s 75th birthday, which was a very special occasion for our family. I had informed the hotel in advance and hoped that this would be acknowledged in some small way — even a simple birthday card would have made him feel special on such an important day. Unfortunately, this was not taken into consideration. Additionally, despite my earlier requests and messages, the room was not ready before check-in time, although this was something that was very important to me. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but these details would have made the experience truly exceptional and even more memorable
