Upon arriving i found the staff very rude when it came to confusion about checking in and throughout the trip when asking questions. I also found sunflower seed shells in my bedsheets when going to bed, showing a lack of care for cleanliness. Otherwise the location was ideal and the hotel and rooms itself were nice

This hotel advertises SMART TV as standard in all rooms, however this is not the case. There is 1 English channel for news wich is repeated every 15mins. We had the maintenance guy come and look at the TV and he said the hotel won't pay for the functionality of Netfix, screen sharing etc even though the TV has the capability. When I went down to question this at reception I was told the TVs never had the capability of Netfix etc, even though previous reviews stated they did, which she made me show her! Absolutely no customer service on the front desk. Definitely look at different hotel chains elsewhere if you want to chill out after a long day walking around town.

The seating was pretty good, but there was limited variety of food for breakfast. I think in my personal opinion, it could use a refurbishment or perhaps a bigger building to fit more stuff inside But overall, i will say its average

Clean and modern hotel with massive room. Onsite pool and spa was unavailable during our stay but we were able to access the facilities at a nearby sister hotel with no problems. They should be up and running by March 26th anyway
