We were at this hotel with our children from 8.10.25 to 15.10.25. We have nothing but praise for it. The hotel is clean, child-friendly and has a wide selection of food. There are several grocery stores in the vicinity and several markets to visit (quite reasonable prices). A bus takes you from the hotel to the beach and back every half hour, there is also a dining area on the beach and unlimited food, drinks, etc. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite, every question was answered immediately (they speak both Russian and English). The rooms are cleaned every day. The only downside may be that the pools are unheated, but this did not bother the children at all, there was someone in the pool all the time. The children's pool has awesome water pipes and the children also have their own separate "clubhouse" where they can play, watch cartoons, draw, etc. We did not use the spa services, but it is available there everyday.

We were really happy with our stay. Hotel is kids friendly! Mini club was amazing, kids disco, t-shirt painting, pizza making class...Kids were satisfied :) Food was delicous -24/7! Hotel was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was top notch! Love it and we will be defo back soon.
