My partner and I have just spent 10 days here which has been amazing holiday. The staff throughout our stay have been wonderful. From reception, the cleaning team, all the bar staff and the entertainment team, all wonderful and a credit to the hotel. Sara was a lovely bar staff member who worked on the 1st floor, very friendly and clearly loves her job! We booked the classic room for 2 adults and 1 infant. We realised we need a bigger room to make our stay less stressful and were able to upgrade to the Mountain View suite which was amazing! Best decision we made and this made our stay stress free and gave some same for our daughter to walk around. Thank you to all the team for an amazing stay, so glad we picked here!

Absolutely brilliant hotel, very friendly staff great with kids. Pools are clean and not too cold. Entertainment was really good, rooms are lovely with plenty room and storage plus kept clean daily by cleaners. Absolutely amazing pool party on our last day. Kids club is really good our 5yr old enjoyed going in daily for a couple of hours. Food choice on an evening could be better, that’s my only negative.

Fantastic yellow party! Staff were so engaging and fun, DJ played fab music for everyone, our 2 and 4 year old loved every minute, especially the amount of giant yellow ducks in the pool! Really hope the hotel continues to do themed parties like this through the day!

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Park and honestly cannot fault the staff at all, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! The entertainment team kept the energy high throughout our trip, but the absolute highlight was the Yellow Party on our last day. It was the perfect, high-energy send-off to an incredible holiday. The kids are genuinely sad to leave, which is always the truest sign of a successful family vacation. We will definitely be back!
