Classy hotel, super location and excellent facilities particularly in the Level. Alejandro and Dani in the Level were incredible and looked after us terrifically well - really helpful and attentive.

Loved hotel, situation perfect. We had a junior suite for myself and my two daughters which consisted of two bedrooms two bathrooms which was perfect. The selection of food at breakfast was exceptional. So much choice, in fact the best I have had at any other hotel. Well done Melia.

We have just returned from the Hotel after an 8 night break the hotel is located. Next to the marina, beach and the city. We presently have a mobility issue so before we arrived I contacted Eduardo in Reservations who informed me this would not be a problem and all Hotel Departments were aware when we arrived at reception. Upon check-in at Reception we were welcomed by INMA who was very professional and in no time we were on our way to our room room During our stay we had a couple of issues and INMA in Guest Experience who always smiles sorted them out, it is nice to know that if you have a problem you have a contact who will resolve the issues Once again the level service provided by Hisham and his colleagues was beyond expectations and what was especially nice was all staff in the level work as a team helping each other Alejandro was so attentive around the pool area, friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests . To sum up the hotel was clean, staff friendly and room incredibly comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay thanks to the level of service and quality of Food and we will return

The hotel is in the best location. Airport bus stops outside. You can get the tram there. It’s next to the marina, beach and the city. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and room incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
