This is a really good hotel. Although not in the centre of Fuengirola, it's only a 5 min walk from the beach. There are 2 supermarkets out the front of hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars on the main strip a 5 minute walk away. Staff - all staff friendly and helpful. Room - was a decent size, a bit dated but bathroom had been modernised. My room was on 5th floor with a pool and sea view, lovely for sitting out in the afternoon. Food - Although there was plenty choice of food, salads, desserts, unfortunately the hot food was never very warm. Entertainment starts at 10pm which may be a bit late for some people. I can recommend the 'Circus show'. The pool was very cold, but as the outside temperature gets hotter over the summer it will be more enjoyable to get in the pool. There is a gift shop on site, reasonable prices and the guy there is chatty and helpful. Overall a very good hotel and I would recommend.

Lovely stay recently. Tried to book again, but despite emailing 3 times, no one is responding.

Just had a 10 night stay the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. Comfy beds clean bedding. Plenty of choice of food if you are not picky. Night entertainment wasn’t good but that doesn’t bother us. Beach is a 5 minute walk away Flat prom if you have mobility issues. We have booked for this time next year, really enjoyed it. Plenty of sun beds. Two nice pools.

We have just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at Monarque Fuengirola Park and wanted to leave a special thank you to all of the staff. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and a toddler. We were also delighted with our room, which had a lovely view overlooking the pool, and we could even see the ocean from our balcony. We travelled with our 17-month-old daughter, and every member of staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. As I am also 28 weeks pregnant, the warm welcome and attentive service from all of the staff made a real difference and helped us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The reception team always greeted her with a smile, the restaurant staff took the time to interact with her and even gave her stamps at dinner, which she absolutely loved. They treated her like a VIP throughout our stay, and she loved all the attention. A special mention also to the bar staff, who were fantastic with her throughout our stay. One of the bartenders kindly gave her an ice cream and even let her help "pull a pint" for her dad, which became a lovely holiday memory for our family. The housekeeping team were equally wonderful. They always stopped to say hello to her, made her smile, and were incredibly kind and patient. As parents travelling with a toddler, it meant so much to feel that she was genuinely welcomed and not seen as a nuisance. The friendliness of the staff was a huge part of what made this holiday so enjoyable. The hotel itself was great, but it was the people who worked there that really made our stay special. The facilities were excellent, and we were very happy with both the breakfast and dinner options throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, just a two-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the local area. Thank you to everyone at Monarque Fuengirola Park for helping create such lovely memories for our family. We would happily return in the future.
