On the contrary to other reviews we loved it here. Our room was a great size, the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job over the 2 weeks we were there. We did go down to the pool at about quarter to 10 each morning but that was fine by us. More beds are unlocked at 11 and most days there were still empty beds piled up until early afternoon. The pool bar was closed but you could get drinks and food from the front bar. People were also bringing snacks from a great shop opposite and the site shop. We honestly could not fault it and can’t wait to return. Oh and we did have a little bug problem, completely our fault for leaving the patio door open but reception had it sorted as soon as we mentioned it to them with no bother. Fab place!

Lovely apartments to the numpties and halfwits who use TripAdvisor to complain about the sunbeds, shows how thick you all are complain on here but no common sense to check reviews before booking.

Staff were lovely on check-in. We stayed in room 309 (on the top floor overlooking the road). Room was lovely big and airy with a big balcony. Beds super comfy and bedroom nicely decorated with plenty storage and a wee safe. Kitchen/ dining area and sofa in the living room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was dated but perfectly functional. Balcony was a nice and big with doors of both the sleeping and living areas and equipped with an airer for drying towels etc. Cleaning staff were in daily and no issues. There are no lifts, which wasn’t an issue for us but noticed a few people having difficulty with the stairs. Pool area is nice and clean although can be difficult to find a sun bed as so many have towels on them but no people in sight, wasn’t a huge problem for us as generally like to be exploring and just chilling later in the afternoon just the last day when we decided to have a pool day. Had drinks in the bar which were lovely but didn’t eat at all. About 10 mins walk down town to the beach and central for lots of food/ drink in evenings. We would return.

Location is good, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a ten minute 10 perimeter. Atmosphere of hotel is very keeping yourself to yourself. The sun bed set up is very strange, beds are locked up overnight and released in morning. People put towels on floor where they hope to position their sunbed once they get them. There is no snack bar near pool to buy drinks or snacks so hotel is very lacking there. I am a 63 year old woman with rheumatoid arthritis and I was put on top floor with no lift even tho we had emailed hotel asking for a lower floor before we arrived!! I found this very hard to do and after climbing theses stairs I would go lay on bed for around half a hour to help my heart beat calm down as I felt physically sick, and felt faint!! And it spoilt my holiday worrying about making them stairs. Rooms have no air con only ceiling fans which was fine in june but peak season maybe another matter, and I doubt youd get much sleep

Great location, great apartment & fabulous reception staff - however the Housekeeping department is SHOCKING! Maids who only change 2 beds out of 3 ( on the same day!) & then only change the top pillowcases not the bottom. Didn’t even go into the bathrooms on one day to clean or change towels & when reported to reception - maid came back, changed the 2 beds & brought DAMP towels. Today maid came in - made 2 beds & left the other !! Sheets on king size bed are too small, sink does not drain - other than that - all is wonderful ! Been coming here for years & the Housekeeping gets worse each visit.
