
Travel documents are sent within approximately 24–48 hours of booking to the email address you provided during the booking process. The subject line of the booking confirmation email is “e-travel document / varausvahvistus: xxx” (where xxx = order number).
If your trip includes airport transfers or entry tickets to attractions/events, these are usually sent only 2–3 days before the trip to the same email address provided during booking.
If you believe these stated timeframes have passed and you still have not received your travel documents or vouchers, we kindly ask you to first check your email account’s spam folder (Gmail, Hotmail, Luukku, etc.). Especially if you use Gmail, please also check the “Promotions” tab. Unfortunately, important emails often end up in one of these folders and are therefore not found in the primary inbox where most of us are used to checking our mail.
Below is a screenshot showing what the Gmail spam and “Promotions” folders look like, so you know where to check. Please also note that if more than 30 days have passed since the email was sent, your email provider may have automatically deleted the contents of these folders.
If the email cannot be found even after checking these folders, please contact us immediately so we can resend your confirmations and vouchers.
