Review by Markieboi101Fun trip .. fantastic view from our room ..worth a visit
We had 10 days at this hotel and I must say we enjoyed our stay
We was very weary when arriving of the bad reviews this place has received.
Of course there's thing it can improve on but it also wasn't the worst place you will ever visit
The food gets alot of hate and it's not for everyone
The food is repetitive but there also some tasty meals. ..the cake was excellent and the beer was good
The staff are hard working and do there best..I also find they are very friendly with the English guests that's because they are the friendly ones
Alot of European European guests some are friendly but some guests are rude and expect the world ..they knock you about when your in the lunch and dinner queue it's like a zoo honestly on the some of the nights we decided to eat out it can be very daunting
If you are a young and fit person and don't have issues walking up hills and stairs then this place is for you .
The maid changed our bed and towels 7 out of the 10 days we was there ..she was excellent the other 3 days we said we didn't need but she would have changed ..we stayed in room 17 and it was fine

Very nice hotel, so beautiful nature , the rooms need a upgrade!
Review by kayleighs715We enjoyed our stay
After seeing the increasing amount of bad reviews a week upon arriving we were definitely very nervous but we had a pleasant stay.
Firstly if you struggle with mobility issues this hotel is not for you, we were put in room 1046 out of 1050 and this was literally at the top of the hill/mountain. We counted 142 steps to our room which in the heat was unbearable and with suitcases very difficult but as younger guests we sucked it up. I will add it was nice and quiet being so far away from the hotel.
Our room was decent, great view of the sea and mountains. Our room was tidied nearly every day of our 9 day stay. Smart tv and AC in the room. WiFi was very spotty with our room being so far from the actual hotel which personally I hated as I love my phone😂
The drinks were not for me, basic and way too strong as they lacked proper measurements (unpleasantly strong). My partner however liked the beer. Pools were nice and we were glad we had one on our side of the hotel that was less busy compared to the main one across the road, we managed to get a lounger most days.
As for the food I was very worried reading the reviews as I am quite a picky eater but I managed to find things I liked everyday.
There was a lot of the same things each night for dinner eg. Pasta, rice, salad but they swapped around a few dishes and the food was decent.
Although if you have dietary restrictions or allergies this hotel would be a nightmare for you and I would advise against it as there are NO labels on any of the food.
We had dinner at a few restaurants nearby to break up our time here. Lots of drink options with juice, soft drinks and even pour your own pint and wine taps. Ice cream and fruit for dessert.
Breakfast was probably my favourite meal at the hotel.
The location of this hotel is great, shops all around and beautiful scenery. A short walk to the public beach where you can hire water activities (we hired a peddle boat for €15 for an hour) great food and the star bar is a must visit!
The hotel offer entertainment on different days we managed to see the magician and the Greek dancer and they were great.
Just a side note you have to pay for the loungers on the hotel side of the beach. We preferred the public beach as the hotel side was very littered including the water.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn’t encounter any issues thankfully, I think we were just grateful to be on holiday in beautiful Greece and made the most of it.
I wouldn’t book this hotel again but if you’re reading this and have already booked and can’t refund your hotel I honestly wouldn’t panic you’ll enjoy it!

Argil vaggelis dritan the best people in hotel alsó its good the food very tasty and the rooms too beautiful with fantastic view to the sea totally big possibility to come back next year
Review by X3800TAgabriel_lLow tier for 3 star
Room was not cleaned thoroughly, there was hair in the shower drain and quite large cobwebs/dustballs on the AC unit when i checked into the room.
Food was just ok, did not cause stomachache (yay), but calling it tasty would be quite generous. A few times the restaurant was stacked there were no tables in the restaurant available.
Sunbeds near the pools are free, but by 8am all are reserved, good luck finding a pair. Sunbeds on the beach are paid but were always available, ~12 euros for one sunbed for a day during summer months.
Bar on the beach is paid even if you’re all inclusive.
There was decayed remains of (presumably) a cat on the road next to the hotel.
Other than that the place was lovely.
